Snowy days

"Can we PLEASE come out Mommy?"

Yes, we got our first snow of the year. No, I haven't taken my girls out in the snow yet. :-( I guess I'm just not looking forward to spending the time to get them both bundled up, taking them out and see if they'll even like it or if they'll just cry because the snow is cold, then bringing them in and changing them into dry clothes. Maybe if the snow lasts another day we'll make it out. In the meantime... Ben made a video of some of the beautiful snow, birds, and nature photos he's taken over the last few days. I love the hummingbird pictures.

Hello Diapers!

Around our house it's a pretty exciting event when we get our new boxes of diapers. The girls love looking at the babies on the boxes, then once we unload the diapers they get to play in the boxes. I'm trying to get my money's worth out of the hundreds of diapers we're going through!

Any other ideas?

Enjoying the Sunshine (while it lasts)

I'm finally posting a few of pictures I took on Sunday while we actually had some sunshine. While Ben was out doing yardwork Lucy walked up and down pushing her "baby" in the stroller.

  

Meanwhile Helen was escaping right out the front door!

We are very fortunate to have such good friends & neighbors. I think Lucy would love to live over at their house. She and Helen both love all the children and all the action.
